– Our sample lead time is usually 7-10 days after receiving all the raw materials. For urgent projects, this can be negotiated to 3-5 days.
– The cost of the sample depends on specific branding details. If the sample involves molding or special requests for fabrics, such as custom dye colors or patterns, additional charges may apply, as GFBags will incur costs from our suppliers.
On average, a sample backpack costs around $120, excluding any molding or surcharge costs. If you order more than 500pcs, GFBags could refund the sample prototype cost.
What’s your production leading time?
– The average production lead time at GFBags is 45 days after receiving the deposit payment. If the order involves raw materials or trims with longer delivery times (one month or more), the production time will be extended accordingly.
While many factories may offer custom items with very low MOQs of 50 or 100 pieces, these are often small operations in less-than-ideal working conditions that cannot provide necessary certifications or audits. In contrast, GFBags can offer a full set of certifications, including social responsibility audits and eco-friendly material certificates.
