Mold molding involves creating a mold to shape the hardware, allowing for custom logos or designs to be integrated directly into the structure of the hardware. This method is ideal for creating logos that are part of larger, more intricate hardware components. It is best suited for mass production where the design is embedded in the hardware itself. Unlike laser engraving, custom mold-molded hardware typically requires a sampling fee of around $180, and bulk production typically starts at a MOQ of 1,000 pieces.

For zippers, GFBags supports customizations including the color and material of the zipper tape (with recyclable material options). We also offer customization for the color of the zipper slider, as well as the material, shape, and logo design of the zipper puller.

A silicon label is a flexible, rubber-like label used for branding or decoration. Made from soft silicone, these labels are molded into various shapes and designs, offering a durable, water-resistant, and three-dimensional look. Commonly used on bags, sportswear, and accessories, silicon labels provide flexibility and durability. While true silicon can be expensive, TPU or PVC are budget-friendly alternatives that offer similar surface effects at a lower cost.
