Material Innovation
As a factory dedicated to sustainability, we prioritize both our internal production practices and collaborate closely with clients to advance eco-friendly solutions within the industry. Together, we are working to push the industry toward a more environmentally conscious future.
For example, we teamed up with UA to create a textile recycling material that cuts carbon emissions by over 45% and energy use by 35%, compared to traditional recycled PET. This innovation not only boosts product sustainability but also sets the stage for broader industry adoption.
Our joint goal with clients is to ensure future bags are fully recyclable. When these products reach the end of their life, they can be easily recycled, much like plastic bottles. This commitment to sustainability reflects our dedication to shaping a greener future for the industry.
EMPLOYEE CARE
We provide a comfortable work environment with fair hours, voluntary overtime, and double pay for extra hours. Our average salary is 6,000 RMB, with skilled workers earning up to 10,000 RMB, well above the local minimum wage of 2,360 RMB.
