Since 2016, we’ve collaborated with Horizn Studios to develop premium travel products. Our first project was the M5 trolley bag, featuring a functional front pocket and high-performance materials.

Tackling Material Challenges
Our first project involved creating the M5 trolley’s front pocket, which required bonding waterproof nylon and EVA. Initially, the materials caused surface bubbling and detachment due to incompatibility with eco-friendly adhesives. We spent two months working closely with material suppliers to find a solution, eventually developing a customized adhesive. We also invested in testing equipment to ensure stability under extreme conditions, such as -20°C cold and +60°C with 90% humidity. This high standard of quality contributed to the M5’s strong market performance.
Delivering 100% High-Quality Products
For Horizn Studios, we exclusively use top-tier materials like YKK zippers and Duraflex/UTX buckles. All products undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment, and their team conducts additional inspections to ensure top standards. We also provide full after-sales support, including repairs or replacements for any product issues.
Standing by During the Pandemic
In 2020, as the pandemic disrupted the travel industry, Horizn Studios faced significant challenges. Despite this, we continued to provide full support, maintaining material development and offering flexible payment terms. As the travel sector rebounded in 2021, Horizn Studios secured financing and reestablished its position in the market, with our partnership playing a vital role in their recovery.
