Where's your factory located?
GFBags only has one factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, Located just 10 minutes from South China City, one of China’s largest textile markets. Optimizing supply chain stability and cost efficiency. Meanwhile, our convenient location allows us to reach the nearest shipping port in just two hours, helping to minimize carbon emissions during transportation.
Are you a direct factory or a trading company?
We are a direct factory, which allows us to have better control over quality at every stage of production. We warmly welcome you to visit our facility anytime to see our operations firsthand and verify our capabilities!
Are you equipped with the ability at R&D?
Yes, none of our clients have ever failed to praise our R&D capabilities. With over 30 years of experience among our pattern masters and a skilled team of 12 pattern makers, we are always ready to bring your ideas to life while also providing professional design and material selection advice.
Can you sign the NDA (Non-disclosure agreement)?
Yes! We can definitely sign the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). GFBags prioritize the confidentiality of our clients’ information and are committed to protecting all proprietary data shared with us.
What's your samples leading time and cost?
Our sample lead time is usually 7-10 days after receiving all the raw materials. For urgent projects, this can be negotiated to 3-5 days. The cost of the sample depends on specific branding details. If the sample involves molding or special requests for fabrics, such as custom dye colors or patterns, additional charges may apply, as GFBags will incur costs from our suppliers. On average, a sample backpack costs around $120, excluding any molding or surcharge costs. If you order more than 500pcs, GFBags could refund the sample prototype cost.
What's your production leading time?
The average production lead time at GFBags is 45 days after receiving the deposit payment. If the order involves raw materials or trims with longer delivery times (one month or more), the production time will be extended accordingly.
What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
To ensure smooth production, our MOQ is typically 300 pieces per model and color. Occasionally, we may accept a lower MOQ to support start-up growth; however, please note that the price would be higher in such cases.
While many factories may offer custom items with very low MOQs of 50 or 100 pieces, these are often small operations in less-than-ideal working conditions that cannot provide necessary certifications or audits. In contrast, GFBags can offer a full set of certifications, including social responsibility audits and eco-friendly material certificates.
How many workers do you have? What's your monthly production capacity?
GFBags employs over 100 skilled workers, along with 15 proficient sample makers for R&D. Additionally, we collaborate with two partner factories that together have 300 workers. GFBags implement the same strict quality requirements and standards for the products produced, ensuring our annual production capacity of 1,000,000 backpacks.
Are you willing or can you help with materials/fabrics sourcing & development?
Yes, we are more than willing to assist with materials and fabric sourcing and development. In fact, we have successfully helped several clients develop innovative materials tailored to their needs. We understand the importance of materials for a bag, and the right combination of high-quality materials with our craftsmanship will undoubtedly enhance the overall product quality and appeal!
Do you work with materials/trims suppliers like YKK, Codura, Duraflex, Fidlock?
Yes! We have partnered with many leading suppliers in the bag industry, including well-known brands like YKK and Cordura, as well as several excellent suppliers in China who offer high quality at competitive prices. In fact, 60% of them have worked with us for over 10 years.
Which certifications/audits your factory can provide?
We have applied and gained amfori BSCI, ISO9001, Sedex, QIMA, GS. We are going to apply for OEKO-Tex in the near future.
Which materials' certifications you can offer?
GFBags mandates that all materials from our suppliers must meet REACH environmental standards. We also offer a wide range of certifications for fabrics, including GRS, Blue Sign, and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, as well as FSC certification for paper hangtags and packaging. Additionally, we have a mature supply chain for PFA/PFCS-free raw materials.
How do you guarantee quality? What's your committment to customers?
Premium quality is the key value and foundation of GFBags. We are committed to:
a. Ensuring that all bags from GFBags undergo 100% strict inspection.
b. Providing a 2-year warranty on all bags manufactured by GFBags. If you encounter any quality issues, you can contact our sales team, and we will study internally and provide solutions within 24 hours. And lifetime warranty is negotiable!
What are your shipping solutions?
GFBags partnered with several local forwarders/couriers for more than 15 years. We offer a variety of reliable shipping solutions tailored to your needs, including shipping via ocean, train, air and international express.
How do you pack the bags/backpacks? Can you custom the packaging?
All bags and backpacks are typically packed in a single eco-friendly poly bag, with several pieces placed in one carton. We welcome custom packaging ideas, including the following options:
a. Customized logo
b. Customized size
c. Eco-friendly and recycled material solutions, such as recycled PE bags, biodegradable poly bags, paper packaging bags, and more.
What are your payment terms, and which payment methods do you support?
Payment terms: Our payment terms are T/T, with a 30% deposit required before production to purchase raw materials and a 70% balance due before shipping. For long-term partnerships, flexible payment terms can be negotiated.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer is preferred; for smaller amounts, such as sample fees, we also accept PayPal. If you have security concerns, we support processing orders through third-party platforms like Alibaba.
