Our partnership began in 2017 when one of KS’s co-founder and project leader brought several backpack samples to us, asking if we could develop and produce them. Within just three days, we had completed samples and provided a full quotation. On the fourth day, we met to discuss the samples.
During this meeting, we learned that KS had previously worked with a factory in India, where development took up to six months. In contrast, our samples not only surpassed their quality expectations but were ready in just three days. This efficiency led to our first collaboration, with KS’s initial products becoming top sellers within a year, and exceeding 100,000 units in annual sales by the second year. The fast success of these soft goods turned them into a key category for KS, contributing significantly to their rapid customer base expansion.
High Efficiency and Flexible Product Development
KS’s design team regularly praises the speed and flexibility of our product development. Each design season, their team visits China to discuss the details of new products in person. We consistently deliver 1-2 rounds of samples within a week, and for minor adjustments, we can provide updated samples in half a day to a day. Even for more significant changes, we can finalize high-quality samples in 3-5 days.
When certain designs present production challenges, our experienced sample development team offers professional advice and multiple solutions. KS’s designers are always impressed by our ability to find practical solutions while maintaining design integrity.

From orders of a few thousand units to tens of thousands, we ensure a consistent 45-day production cycle, regardless of order size. This reliability has been key to KS’s ability to scale their soft goods sales and maintain their competitive edge in the market.
