Lynn is the founder of GFBags, a leading backpack manufacturer and factory specializing in soft bags, backpacks, and various accessories. In 1990, she began her career as an executive assistant at a German-owned bag trading company, gaining valuable industry experience across production, customer service, and trade. Her exceptional performance led to management training from the German headquarters, which shaped her future path.
Influenced by Germany’s rigorous quality standards, Lynn later held executive roles at both an American company and a Chinese startup, earning widespread recognition. In 2001, a former German client invited her to start her own business, leading to the founding of GFBags. The company initially focused on improving product quality and manufacturing high-quality soft bags and backpacks.
Over the course of 20+ years, Lynn expanded GFBags from a small team to a factory of hundreds, building strong partnerships with clients like Dönges and Kapten and Son. Today, GFBags continues to thrive as a prominent backpack manufacturer, offering a wide range of products and services, from material development to production and customization.
Currently, Lynn is focused on tackling sustainability challenges by developing eco-friendly materials and reducing pollution. As a forward-thinking backpack manufacturer, GFBags continues to explore innovative solutions for sustainable production and aims to lead the industry in environmentally friendly practices.
