01 Vibration Test Equipment

FUNCTION

The vibration testing system subjects the product to varying degrees of rapid movement, simulating the repeated jolting of a backpack during normal use. This allows us to test the load-bearing capacity and durability of the finished product.

SUMMARY

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT: We conduct vibration testing to ensure that the backpack’s design structure meets consumer demands for comfort and durability. We will provide designers with more practical pattern-making recommendations, achieving a balance between aesthetics and usability.

PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL: We will sample the finished product to test the quality of the final product delivered to the customer.

02 Temperature Humidity Test

FUNCTION

ENVIRONMENTAL SIMULATION: The equipment replicates extreme temperature and humidity conditions to test backpack materials.

DURABILITY ASSESSMENT: These tests evaluate material resistance to heat, cold, and moisture, ensuring long-lasting performance.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: The testing ensures our backpacks maintain high standards of quality and functionality in various environments.

03 Salt Spray Test Chamber

FUNCTION

Evaluate the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials (such as zippers, buckles, etc.) by artificially simulating salt spray environmental conditions.

SUMMARY

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT: Identify potential corrosion issues early, allowing for design modifications to enhance product reliability.

QUALITY CONTROL: Ensure that metal components meet industry standards for corrosion resistance before they are used in production.

04 Fabric Abrasion Test Machine & Color Fastness Rubbing Tester

FUNCTION

Measure the amount of wear, or pilling, that occurs when a sample is rubbed against a known abrasive under low pressure in continuously varying directions. Assess colored materials friction damage and surface color transfer.

SUMMARY

EUNASRE DURABILITY: The Fabric Abrasion Test Machine assesses the wear resistance of backpack materials, ensuring they can withstand everyday use and maintain their integrity over time.

PREVENT COLOR FADING: The Color Fastness Rubbing Tester checks for color transfer and fading, helping to maintain the backpack’s appearance and quality, even with repeated friction.
